Move, Mingle, and Meditate - A "mini" Wellness Retreat

Join us for a mini-retreat in your very own backyard as we dive into and experience some of the most essential components of well-becoming. Self-awareness, Movement, Connection, and Emotional Regulation.

The goal of this retreat is to provide educators with the space and opportunity to slow down, reflect, experience and cultivate some of the gems of living a life full of wellness.

The best part about this experience is not only that you will get an opportunity to experience first-hand these amazing self-care tools, you will also get equipped to take this experience back to your own schools for staff and students to experience their very own wellness retreat!

Learn how to Ikigai with the Ikigirls

We are living in a world that seems to be taking its toll on the school system these days. The profession we pursue because of our love of teaching, connecting and inspiring often leaves us feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, and even burnt out. School staff need to make time for wellness or they will be forced to make time for illness. We will explore the foundations of Ikigai, well-being, and happiness while reflecting on Personal strengths, Passions, and Purpose. This workshop will challenge participants to stop, think, reflect and decide what life is "really" all about.
